TERMS OF USE

Rules for using this site.

Aria Research · Version 1.0 · Effective from publication date

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the website ariaresearch.ai and its subdomains. By accessing or browsing the site, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. Users who do not agree with any provision must discontinue use of the site.

These Terms do not govern the provision of consulting services by Aria. The contractual relationship between Aria and contracting client is governed by a specific agreement, signed by both parties at a separate moment.

2. Operator Identification

The site is operated by Aria Research, the trade name of an operation registered under CNPJ 10.686.422/0001-16, owned by Huoston Rodrigues Batista, an Individual Entrepreneur established in Brazil.

Contact channel: contato [at] ariaresearch [dot] ai

3. Purpose of the Site

The site ariaresearch.ai is the institutional channel of Aria Research and serves the following purposes:

  1. To present the operation, its services, and its method.
  2. To receive, through its own form, expressions of interest from researchers potentially interested in contracting Aria's services.
  3. To make available editorial content related to Aria's activity.

The site does not perform direct sales, does not provide digital products for download, and does not operate as a transactional platform. Service contracting occurs through an individual estimate and contract process, described in the /how-it-works section.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published on ariaresearch.ai — including texts, editorial copy, visual identity, logos, illustrations, photographs, source code, page structure, service designations, and the expression "Aria Research" — is owned by Aria Research or by third parties who have licensed its use to Aria.

It is forbidden to:

  1. Reproduce, redistribute, copy, modify, translate, or adapt any site content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for republication on other platforms, without prior and express authorization from Aria.
  2. Use the designation "Aria Research", the logo, or any element of the operation's visual identity in contexts that may suggest non-existent commercial ties, partnerships, or endorsements.
  3. Extract content from the site by automated means (scraping, systematic crawling, mass harvesting) beyond normal browsing use, or use such content for training artificial intelligence models without specific authorization.

It is permitted to:

  1. Personal and non-commercial use of site content for reading and reference.
  2. Brief quotation of excerpts in academic or journalistic contexts, with clear attribution to Aria Research and a link to the source page.
  3. Sharing of links pointing to site pages on social networks and personal or institutional communication channels.

5. User-Submitted Content

When the user fills out the contact form available at /contato and /contact, they submit personal data and project description to Aria. The processing of such data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness, legality, and adequacy of the data and information they submit. By submitting the form, the user declares:

  1. That the information provided is true, complete, and current.
  2. That they have authority to share with Aria the data about the described project, including any mention of co-authors, institutions, or funders.
  3. That the submitted content does not violate third-party rights, pre-existing confidentiality obligations, or applicable rules.

Submission of the form does not, in itself, establish a contractual relationship between the user and Aria. The contractual relationship depends on express acceptance of an estimate, signature of a Confidentiality Agreement, and execution of a specific contract, as described in /how-it-works.

6. Limitation of Liability

The content published on ariaresearch.ai is informational and descriptive in nature. It does not constitute legal, accounting, medical, scientific, or any other binding professional advice.

Users who decide to take action based on site content do so at their exclusive responsibility. Aria recommends consultation with qualified professionals before decisions that may impact research, academic projects, editorial submissions, or career strategies.

Aria makes reasonable efforts to keep site content updated and accurate. Occasional inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information may occur and will be corrected as identified, without generating any obligation to indemnify.

Aria is not responsible for:

  1. Temporary unavailability of the site arising from scheduled maintenance, hosting provider failures, or force majeure events.
  2. Damages arising from improper use of the site by the user, including attempted unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
  3. Third-party content eventually referenced by external links, whose respective operators are responsible for the content and practices of their own sites.
  4. Editorial, scientific, or career decisions made by the user based on general information published on the site.

7. Site Availability

Aria makes no warranty of uninterrupted site availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, and unforeseeable events may cause temporary interruptions.

Aria reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, in whole or in part, the site or any of its functionalities, at any time, without prior notice or compensation.

  4. Perform reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the site's source code, except as expressly authorized by applicable legislation.
  5. Use automated data collection mechanisms (bots, crawlers, scrapers) in violation of rules established in robots.txt or in volume that compromises site stability.
  6. Impersonate another person, institution, or Aria itself in any interaction related to the site.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in access blocking, civil and criminal liability under applicable law, and adoption of any other appropriate measures.
